Last night, I had attend to my coaching session. We had discussed aobut our goals. Now, I have the clear goals that I can achieve it. I have divided my goals to some aspects.
* Behavioral Development
- want to wake up early in morning on 6.00 am (this morning I have wake up 6.30 am.. I think I can improve it.)
- stay up after subuh (Yes, I have do it today.)
* Academic perfomance
- want to get 3.50 this sem. Actuallay, I had got 3.12 for last sem. So, I want to start with babystep before target 4.00..
* Extra-Curricular Activities
- I do not active any sports for a long time. Maybe I can try to learn play a tennis..
* Health
- What I want from this aspect is I want to eat more healthy food.. Now, I realize that I had eat fast food than eat healthy food.. I want to change it.
*Spiritual/ Religious Development
- solat berjemaah in 5 prayers (Actually, I have done but Subuh.. Urm.. It hard to me.. I still can try to wake up earlier)
- fasting on Monday and Thursday (I have done it.)
- read al-Quran and understand the meaning..
*Personal/ Leadership development
- to improve my English speaking skill and my public speaking..
